Since I am a person who invested in this I guess my opinion counts. From my personal experience, the original ayurvedic urea developed by Ayurvedic Urea Research i.e the official website company (ayurvedicurea.com) is a real breakthrough discovery. I have used their 8-inch and it worked on me. However, the wait time was tedious and the side effects were terrible. Also, we are hearing lots of talks that this medicine is specifically reserved for Chinese people. I don’t know how true it is. Now, Let’s look at what is Ayurveda and ayurvedic medicines:

Vata energy is related to air and space and is involved in body movement, including breathing and circulation. Vata energy is said to predominate for living and creative and original thinkers. With imbalances, vessel types can withstand joint pains, constipation, dry skin, anxiety, and other illnesses. Kapha’s energy related to land and water is thought to control growth and strength and is linked to the chest, trunk, and back. Coffee types are strong and firm in their structure and are usually quiet. According to Ayurvedic practitioners, obesity, diabetes, sinus problems, insecurity, and gall bladder problems can occur when kapha energy is unbalanced. According to Ayurvedic beliefs, factors such as stress, unhealthy diet, weather, and strained relationships can affect a person's dose balance. These unbalanced energies, in turn, make people more susceptible to disease, according to the University of Maryland Medical Center.
