1-Football-As this game inspires me and I love football but before starting playing I prefer to do stretching and warm up.
2-Hanging to bar-It will help you to straighten your spinal cord and you can do it at any time whenever possible. In the starting days, you feel pain in your hands but don't worry, no pain no gain. If you will able to make it in the first month then in the next 2-3 months you will feel some changes. This thing help me when I was twenty years old at that time I was 5'8 and after 2 years I am 5'11 inch.

I am sharing my routine which helped me gaining height, might help you too.

  1. Get morning walks for at least 20 minutes. Work your way up to increase your speed and time, gradually. After 2 weeks, convert those walks into sprints of 300 m and finally move to endurance running extending up to 2-3 kilometers in a single go.
  2. Add sprouts to your diet. Try to take the sprouts prior to running.
  3. After jogging, rest for 5 minutes and perform 3-4 sets of push-ups/pull-ups, whatever is easy for you in the beginning, each set containing 20 rounds. Take a rest of 1 minute between the sets.
  4. After pull/push-ups, skip. Get a skipping rope and start skipping. Since you are a beginner, do whatever you can easily do, like 50 skips.
  5. Grab your old bicycle and go for a kilometer-long ride. Gradually increase this distance to 5 kilometers.
  6. Your diet shall contain protein. 2 glasses of milk, 1 bowl of pulses/soya, and 3 eggs daily would do.
