Do any height increase systems or products actually work?

I tried a supplement in my early 30s over 10 years ago now and I didn't notice anything UNTIL about 8 months later. I grew an inch. Not much but still not bad. No one believes me until I went to chiropractor and complained about achy spine and knees which was short-lived by the way. And he explained that looks like my bones were adjusting and he didn’t know why. But he confirmed I got a bit taller. I will have to say depends on the product and your commitment to it. I was persistent and was happy with the result. 1 inch that I still have to this day a decade later. So sorry naysayers. It does work if you give it a shot. BTW - its NOT the 1 inch you gain automatically in the morning and then loose at the end of the day after daily stress on back. I measured for a period of a year after and I was consistently an inch taller in the morning AND in the evening then I was before. I had to prove to myself it was true. Also my shoe size went up 1 size I forgot to say. And that stayed that way too
